ElitJohns One updates itself on the web. The Android app shows a message when a new version is ready, or you can download the latest app.

1. Version 2.3

   ElitJohns One 2.3

   • The new ElitJohns One logo everywhere: app icon, notifications, the desktop app and the browser tab, with no black square behind it on Android.
   • Alerts you have read no longer come back the next day: the same out-of-stock or reconnect warning is sent once.
   • Download all your company data as one Excel file (Settings → Import / Export).
   • Daily email and AI allowances per plan, and stronger sign-in security for System Control.

2. Version 2.2

   • Social: connect Facebook, Instagram, Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn and Bluesky, write once with AI, schedule posts and see what works.
   • The app opens where you left off and never shows the website’s home page.
   • Notifications show the ElitJohns One icon and no longer ask for “Alarms & reminders”. The app asks for the microphone, so you can talk to the assistant.
   • A faster opening animation, and a green Website Studio that also works with your phone sideways.

   • A smarter AI assistant: just talk to it. It creates invoices, records payments, prepares purchase orders, reorders low stock, moves stock and updates stock counts, all after you confirm.
   • Send it a photo of a supplier invoice or receipt and it reads it for you. Ask any question about your business, and it remembers what you tell it.
   • It speaks up on its own when something needs attention, and can email you a daily summary or remind customers about unpaid invoices.
   • Your website builder: shops, restaurants, garages, car dealerships and agencies, with online orders that go straight into your POS.
   • New app icon and name: ElitJohns One.

   • Point of sale for retail, supermarkets, restaurants, auto service, dealerships, and now agencies & service businesses. Fast product search, barcode scanning (scanner or camera), M-Pesa prompts, card and split payments, shifts and daily summaries.
   • Agency & Services: clients, projects with milestones and tasks, timesheets, branded invoices and quotes, recurring retainers, and a live progress link you can share with each client.
   • Stock, warehouses, transfers, stock takes, purchasing, and barcode labels printed many to an A4 sheet with cut lines.
   • Accounting: chart of accounts, journals, bank, yearly department budgets, Profit & Loss, balance sheet and more. HR with payroll, leave and fingerprint attendance (phone, laptop, USB scanner or terminal).
   • Works offline on the web, the Android app and the new Windows app: sales and changes sync by themselves when you are back online.
   • Your own AI assistant, live notifications with sound and phone alerts, two-factor sign-in, and fingerprint / Face ID / passkey sign-in.
   • Each business only ever sees its own data. Deactivated users lose access at once, and signing out really signs you out.
